Motoristi.EU is an online community platform for motorcycle enthusiasts that provides:

• Community chat and forum discussions
• Ride tracking and route sharing
• Event calendar and meetups
• Safety guides and riding tips
• News and updates for the motorcycle community
• Android mobile application for off-grid communication

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to register
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may have only one account
• Account sharing is prohibited

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Post illegal or inappropriate content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to hack or compromise the Service

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Post offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Spam or post unsolicited commercial messages
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Share false or misleading information

4.2 Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

• Be respectful and constructive
• Comply with Bulgarian and EU laws
• Not infringe on others' rights
• Be relevant to motorcycle community topics

5. Content Ownership and Rights

5.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant us a license to display, distribute, and use your content within the Service
• You represent that you have the right to post the content
• You are responsible for your content

5.2 Our Content

• All Service design, code, and materials are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Trademarks and logos are protected by copyright law

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Our total liability shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid us (whichever is greater)

9. Riding Safety Disclaimer

CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE:

• Information on this Service is for general guidance only
• Always follow traffic laws and regulations
• Wear proper safety gear at all times
• Do not use mobile devices while riding
• We are not responsible for accidents or injuries
• Ride at your own risk

10. Android App Terms

10.1 Off-Grid Communication

• The off-grid intercom feature uses WiFi Direct and WiFi Aware
• Range and reliability depend on device capabilities and environment
• Communication is encrypted but not guaranteed to be 100% secure
• Do not use while operating a motorcycle

10.2 Location Services

• GPS tracking requires permission and active location services
• Location accuracy depends on device and signal quality
• Battery consumption will increase with active tracking

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motoristi.EU, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another user
• Content you post or share

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

• We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• We may update these Terms periodically
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• We will notify users of significant changes

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law
• Any disputes shall be resolved in Bulgarian courts
• EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
